Mary has been in the food industry for over 20 years. She began her career at Keebler, which was purchased by Kellogg’s, where she worked on the Target national account. Mary also worked for Market Day Corporation out of Chicago. Mary currently oversees and manages the businesses at Fresh Thyme and other Chicago Independents.
Foodie Fun Fact: Mary spends time away from work with her grandchildren and other activities like hiking and bike riding with her husband. She has five children and four grandchildren. She enjoys traveling and her favorite place to visit is New Zealand.
